At Westbridge Athletics LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds.
1. Your Right to Return
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price.
- The 30-day return period begins the day you receive your goods
- You must contact us to initiate a return within this period
- You then have 14 days to ship the goods back to us
2. Hygiene and Intimate Apparel Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once the packaging seal has been broken or the hygiene strip has been removed.
2.1 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable for hygiene and health protection reasons:
- Underwear and briefs where the hygiene strip has been removed or packaging opened
- Swimwear and bodysuits where the hygiene liner has been removed
- Hosiery and tights that have been opened or worn
- Any item showing signs of wear, washing, or use
- Items without original tags attached
- Sale items marked as final sale
2.2 Returnable Items
The following items may be returned if they meet our return conditions:
- Bras and bralettes (with hygiene strip intact and tags attached)
- Robes and sleepwear (unworn, with tags attached)
- Lingerie sets where all components are unworn with tags attached
- Accessories such as gift boxes and storage bags (unused)
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- Hygiene strips must be intact (where applicable)
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
4. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us

Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Step 2: Return Authorization
Our team will review your return request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions. Please do not send items back without obtaining a RAN first.
Step 3: Package Your Return
Pack the items securely in their original packaging where possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or write the RAN clearly on the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

5. Return Shipping Costs
5.1 US Returns
- Faulty or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid label
- Change of mind returns: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
5.2 International Returns
For international orders, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
6. Refund Process
6.1 Inspection
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.
6.2 Refund Approval
If your return is approved, we will process your refund. If the items do not meet our return conditions, we will contact you to discuss options. Items that do not meet the return conditions may be returned to you at your expense or disposed of if you do not wish to have them returned.
6.3 Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit cards (via Stripe): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Apple Pay/Google Pay: 5-10 business days
6.4 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot refund to a different card or account. If your original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
6.5 Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in their original condition
- Items returned after the 30-day period without prior agreement
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us immediately and include photographs of the damage or fault where possible.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees availability of your preferred item.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary
- If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at CIPRIAN@westbridgeathletics.shop with your order number and return tracking information
10. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
11. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be refunded unless they are faulty or not as described.
