At Westbridge Athletics LLC, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery options, timeframes, costs, and procedures for US and international orders.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

During peak periods (such as sales events or holidays), processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days. We will notify you via email if there are any delays with your order.

2. US Delivery Options

2.1 Standard Shipping

  • Cost: $4.95 (Free on orders over $50)
  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days after processing
  • Carrier: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground
  • Tracking: Yes, tracking number provided via email

2.2 Express Shipping

  • Cost: $9.95
  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days after processing
  • Carrier: UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx Express Saver
  • Tracking: Yes, full tracking with delivery confirmation

2.3 Overnight Shipping

  • Cost: $19.95
  • Delivery Time: Next business day (order before 2:00 PM MT)
  • Carrier: UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Overnight
  • Tracking: Yes, full tracking with signature on delivery
  • Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT will be dispatched the next business day

2.4 US Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., and US territories. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may be extended by 2-3 additional business days for standard shipping.

We are able to deliver to PO Boxes via USPS. APO/FPO addresses are accepted but may have extended delivery times.

3.1 Canada

  • Cost: $12.95 - $16.95 (varies by province)
  • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days after processing
  • Carrier: USPS International or UPS Worldwide
  • Tracking: Yes, international tracking provided
  • Customs: Duties and taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility

3.2 Europe

  • Cost: $14.95 - $24.95 (varies by country)
  • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days after processing
  • Carrier: USPS International or FedEx International
  • Tracking: Yes, full tracking provided
  • Customs: Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility

3.3 Australia and New Zealand

  • Cost: $19.95 - $29.95 (varies by weight)
  • Delivery Time: 10-20 business days after processing
  • Carrier: USPS International or DHL
  • Tracking: Yes, tracking provided
  • Customs: Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility

3.4 Rest of World

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
  • Delivery Time: 10-21 business days after processing
  • Carrier: USPS International or DHL (depending on destination)
  • Tracking: Available for most destinations
  • Customs: All import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer's responsibility

3.5 International Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to customs regulations and shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

4.1 US Orders

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates. No additional duties will be charged upon delivery for domestic orders.

4.2 International Orders

For orders shipped outside the US, you are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by you upon receipt of the goods.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information about duties and taxes in your country. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or declare lower values to avoid customs charges.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by:

  • Logging into your account and viewing your order history
  • Contacting our customer service team with your order number

Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's website to update with tracking information.

6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Missed Delivery

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting your package from a local facility. Please follow the instructions on the notice to arrange redelivery or collection.

If your package is returned to us due to non-collection or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

6.2 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made, we will do our best to assist you.

6.3 Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the delivery
  2. Check safe areas around your property where the package may have been left
  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  4. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 14 days of the stated delivery date

We will investigate lost packages and, if confirmed lost by the carrier, will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6.4 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photographs of the damaged packaging before opening
  2. Inspect the contents and photograph any damaged items
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs

We will arrange for a replacement or refund for damaged items. Please retain the damaged packaging and items as the carrier may require inspection.

7. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the stated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Customs delays for international orders
  • Carrier operational issues
  • Public holidays and peak shipping periods
  • Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or industrial action

We are not liable for delays caused by these circumstances, but we will make every effort to keep you informed and minimize any inconvenience.

8. Packaging

We use discreet, unbranded packaging for all orders to protect your privacy. There are no markings on the exterior of the package that indicate the contents or our company name.

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and use recyclable and biodegradable packaging materials wherever possible.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

9.1 Before Dispatch

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9.2 After Dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, changes to the shipping address are not possible. If you need to redirect a package, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. Additional fees may apply for address changes.

10. Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be returned to us as undeliverable for various reasons, including:

  • Incorrect address
  • Refused delivery
  • Failed delivery attempts with no collection
  • Recipient moved or unknown at address

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
